What is the Nugget Trap Placer Mine?
Nugget Trap is our flagship property — a 232-hectare (573.7-acre) placer gold tenure in BC's Golden Triangle, situated at the confluence of the Unuk River and Sulphurets Creek, directly downstream from Seabridge Gold's world-class KSM deposit. Independent assays from a 25-pit test program confirmed average grades of 25.54 grams of gold per cubic meter — among the highest reported placer grades in the region.

Has Nugget Trap been mined before?
The property was tested in the 1930s but was never commercially mined due to its remote location and the low commodity prices of that era. The claims were assembled over 15 years by prospector Rob Schindel beginning in 2003, and acquired by Cunningham Mining in 2023. We subsequently secured the full Net Smelter Return royalty, eliminating all encumbrances.

What is the production plan?
Cunningham Mining is mobilizing for a 30,000 cubic yard per annum placer mining program. The operation is designed for the remote, helicopter-access environment of the Skeena Mining Division, with full seasonal camp infrastructure.

How does CM operate in such a remote location?
The Nugget Trap property is approximately 69 miles northwest of Stewart, BC, and requires helicopter access. We plan seasonal campaigns with self-contained camp infrastructure, fuel logistics, and processing equipment specifically designed for off-grid, high-altitude environments. Operating where others can't — or won't — is a core part of our competitive advantage.

The Golden Triangle
What is BC's Golden Triangle?
The Golden Triangle is a world-class mining region in northwestern British Columbia, roughly bounded by Stewart, Dease Lake, and the Tagish Lake area. It hosts numerous producing mines (Red Chris, Eskay Creek, Snip, Granduc), large advanced projects (KSM, Galore Creek, Schaft Creek), and a track record of major discoveries spanning more than a century.

Why is Nugget Trap's location significant?
Nugget Trap sits directly downstream from the KSM deposit — one of the largest undeveloped gold deposits in the world, with proven and probable reserves of 38.8 million ounces of gold and 10.2 billion pounds of copper. The placer gold on our property originates from the Mitchell, Sulphurets, Kerr, and Snowfield deposits upstream, transported and concentrated by glacial action over thousands of years.

What other major mines are nearby?
The former Eskay Creek mine, located in the same district, produced approximately 3.3 million ounces of gold and 160 million ounces of silver between 1994 and 2008 at average grades of 45 g/t Au and 2,224 g/t Ag — making it the world's highest-grade gold mine at its peak.

Geology & Exploration
Where does the gold at Nugget Trap come from?
The property is underlain by three geological units — Upper Jurassic Bowser Lake Group mudstones, Middle Jurassic pillow lavas of the Lower Salmon River Formation, and Quaternary glacial sediments filling the Unuk River and Sulphurets Creek valleys. The placer gold is fine-grained with jagged, torn edges characteristic of glacial transport, sourced from the massive porphyry deposits upstream.

Does CM have exploration projects beyond Nugget Trap?
Yes. Cunningham Mining is actively expanding its portfolio, including precious metals exploration in Nevada and international opportunities. We focus on districts with proven geology and documented mineralization that have been overlooked due to commodity price cycles.

What is CM's approach to project selection?
We look for asymmetric opportunities — assets where the geology is proven but the ground has been undervalued or overlooked. We acquire at the bottom of the cost curve, do our own ground-level work, and develop with discipline. We're operators, not promoters.

Invest & Market
How does the current gold market benefit CM?
With gold trading above $4,000 per ounce, projects that were marginal at lower prices become highly economic. Nugget Trap's 25.54 g/t grades were already exceptional — at today's prices, the economics are transformational. We've been building our asset base during quieter markets, and this price environment is where that discipline pays off.
