Cunningham Mining's Global Footprint Expands with AMLM's Acquisition of the Higginsville Gold Project

Cunningham Mining is pleased to announce a significant expansion of its global footprint following American Lithium Minerals Inc.'s (OTC: AMLM) acquisition of the Higginsville Gold Project in Western Australia.
As AMLM now holds a 19% ownership stake in Cunningham Mining, the acquisition further strengthens the strategic relationship between both companies while broadening the exposure of the combined portfolio across multiple mining jurisdictions.
Located within the renowned Norseman–Wiluna Greenstone Belt, one of Australia's most productive gold regions, the Higginsville Gold Project comprises four granted prospecting licences positioned just 9 km from the historic Higginsville Mine, which has produced approximately 1.1 million ounces of gold.
The project lies within a highly prospective geological setting, close to the Zuleika Shear Zone, a major regional structure associated with numerous high-grade gold deposits. Historical exploration has identified multiple mineralisation styles, including Archaean quartz vein hosted gold and palaeochannel gold systems, providing several compelling exploration targets.
Previous exploration has returned encouraging results, including:
1 metre at 8.69 g/t gold from aircore drilling
Rock chip samples grading up to 8.26 g/t gold
Historical surface nugget discoveries of up to 27 ounces
These historical results highlight the significant exploration potential that remains across the project.
AMLM has announced plans to immediately integrate historical geological datasets before commencing a comprehensive exploration programme throughout 2026, with drill targeting expected during the year and drilling planned for the second half of 2026. The company is also establishing a Perth office to support its growing Australian operations.
For Cunningham Mining, this represents another step in building exposure to high-quality exploration opportunities beyond its flagship Nugget Trap Gold Project in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. Together, the expanding portfolio now spans ten projects across seven jurisdictions and four continents, creating a geographically diversified pipeline of precious metals, critical minerals and rare earth assets.
Growing Together
The strategic relationship between Cunningham Mining and AMLM reflects a shared vision of identifying and advancing high-potential resource projects while creating long-term value for shareholders.
With AMLM's expanding international portfolio complementing Cunningham Mining's flagship gold assets in Canada, both companies continue to strengthen their position across some of the world's most prospective mining districts.
